How often do people watch DVD commentary and how has this changed over
time? Any info on regional variance (i.e. US vs. Europe) a plus.

You may need to carry out your own hands on research on this one. Are
you a film student?

Whether or not, you could go out onto the streets with a microphone
and/or camera and just ask everyone you meet.

You may need to ask 400 people to get 100 answers. Then you have a
plausible percentage.

I buy lots of DVDs and only ever listen to the commentaries once all
the way through. Then I just use the bits I need for reference. I'm in
the UK.
