If a guy, say he's in his 20's or 30's or maybe even his 40's and
50's, can't connect with women well, how damanging is that to his
psyche, to his emotional well being? In other words, how important are
women to a man's emotinal health?

I attempt to answer it. Please tell me more about what you mean by "a
guy ... can't connect with women well." How does this inability to
connect show up? What is he doing and how are the women responding?

You also worry about his "psyche ... his emotinal well being." What is
happening with his psyche now? How is he feeling about himself and the
women he would like to connect with?

Although your question is posed in general/theoretical terms, I'm
wondering if you're really asking about the situation of a specific
individual -- perhaps yourself. On the other hand, maybe yourn name
(writerpete2006) means that you're doing research for a story. The
more you can tell me about the context and scope of the problem you're
investigating, the more likely I will be able to get you the
information you need.
