Provide the visitor numbers to Ibiza for the past 3 years. What are
the transport routes for these tourists with the numbers arriving by
each of these routes including car numbers

What are the tourist age demograhics for Ibiza old town.

In 2004, Ibiza had about 1.8 million visitors, broken out as follows:

1.60 million arrived by air. Of these, 1.35 million were foreigners,
and 0.25 million were Spanish.

About 189,000 arrived by boat, of which 23,487 were foreign, and the
rest from Spain.

There are no specific breakouts that I could see of automobile traffic.

Nor did I find specific demographics for Old Town.

Are these the type of data you need? If so, I can provide them for
the past several years.

Let me know.

trevor01992-ga,

Thank you for clarifying what you needed.

I have summarized the data on visitor arrivals to Ibiza by
nationality, for the past few years.

In 2004, Ibiza received 1,795,178 visitors.

Most visitors arrive by air, and for these, there are detailed
breakouts and trends for the data.

A much smaller number arrive by boat, and the data here are less
detailed, but I have presented what information is available.

I trust this information fully answers your question.

However, please don't rate this answer until you have everything you
need. If there's anything more I can do for you, just post a Request
for Clarification, and I'm happy to assist you further.

As the table title indicates, the numbers above refer to arrivals by air.

The arrivals by boat represent much smaller numbers, and the breakouts
by nationality are not as well detailed. However, the bulk of the
visitors arriving by boat are domestic (Spanish), with only a small
fraction representing foreign tourists:

IBIZA -- ARRIVALS OF TOURISTS BY SEA
[page 14]

In 2004, there were a total of 188,966 visitors arriving in Ibiza via the sea.

Of these, 165,479 were Spanish, and only 23,487 were foreign visitors.

Thus, the foreign visitors arriving by boat represent a very small
fraction of the overall tourist traffic to Ibiza:

23,487 / 1,795,178 = 0.01308338 = 1.3%

Trends data for this very small group is not readily available, though
it *might* be possible to dig it out if desired.

Again, I trust this is everything you need. But if there's anything
else I can do for you, just let me know.

Cheers,

Cars to Ibiza? Not on their own unless they're amphibious.
