There is a relationship between hair loss and testosterone level in
your blood. (in fact dihidrotestosteron level). There is also
relationship between your sexual desire and testosterone level. So
Masturbation is the hallmark of this desire. I think your problem is
related to your dihidrotestosteron level. I suggest you to go an
endocrinologist(a branch of internal medicine) instead of
trichologist. And be quick to save your hair. Ask for a
dihidrotestosterone level check, and after this if it is high( i
expect so) start a medicine with your physicians advice.(for lowering
the level of dihidrotestosteron).

PS: This is why women like bald men than hairy one.(testosterone)

dr.i know this
ps: i am a medical student.
