Hi,
I was interested in some feedback as to what did I do wrong in how
I've workded the question or the scope not being appropriate for the
cost and so on?

Mao,
For what it's worth, I think you worded your Toyota question quite well.
When I read the question originally, my thought was "I know so little
about how things work in commerce in the Middle East, that I'd better
take a pass on this one..."
Could be that other researchers are having a similar reaction.
Hope someone finds a way to answer it for you.

Hello Pafalafa,
Things are the same and it'll be the Toyota way as it would be the IBM
and GM way if its those companies.. International policies remain
applicable and they're trickled down from the regional offices in
Europe to possibly the Middle East or a Dubai, UAE office.
The message is clear, I stated Middle East to allow the researched to
identify the closest main office to handle that issue and those
contacts.. the policy of maintenance and customer care will not be
different in its majority from my experience and at least I'd be the
judge of responses to my questions and I'd follow that policy with no
cultural or regional aspects that you're not supposed to be exposed to
being part of the measurement.
I encourage you to take it on, as well as the other researchers and
I'm sure it'll be way beyond where we are at now with our problem. :)
Thank you for your comment!
Looking forward to your attempt at the question and I'm sure it'll be
very good from my experience with you through a few of my other ID's
on google answers. ;)
