Does anyone know where the film THX1138 can be found and purchased?
I've looked around on the internet for it many times, and can't find it.
I hate eBay, but I guess the best thing to do would be to put an ad
on eBay, but I would prefer to find it some other way.

First of all it is not available at amazon.com even tho they may
advertise it there. Lots of places advertise films for sale that they
are sold out of.
I didn't need a million foreign places to buy the film.  5 or 10 American
sellers would have been plenty.
Still, your list is no proof that the film is really available anywhere.
I'll see if I can buy it from any of the sellers you listed.

I am sorry you feel that way. However, first of all, nowhere on your
question, you indicated that you're in the United States. Our
customers arrive from all over the world. Therefore, it would have
been better to let you know of alternative options. In addition, as my
last sentence on the answer stated, I could have clarified the answer
to your satisfaction before you have rated it. Last but not least,
since you haven't checked all those links, I would say that judging
them beforehand is a bit hasty. By the way, Amazon claims that the DVD
is available within 24 hours, and that many used or new discs from
Amazon affiliates are also available.

Alright, you're right on all points and I goofed up again. Sorry.
If there is any way I can change or modify my rating of your answer,
please let me know.  One thing tho is that amazon must have gotten
a recent new supply of THX1138.  I ordered it from amazon about a year
ago, and six months later they sent me an email that they could not
obtain it, and that I should cancel my order.

I rented THX 1138 from my local Blockbuster on DVD last weekend
