My company wants to become a listed Biller on the USA BillPay network
but I cannot find out where we can register to get on this list.

My question is how do we get onto the BillPay list or lists.

The information that we have found out so far is that different banks
and organisations that offer BillPay have different lists of Billers.
We do not want to be just a company that customers add to their
billpay service we want to actually show up on the list that is
presented with the list of Billers. Some of the providers of these
servcies can be found as follows;

All of the major banks also have a list of Billers as well, how do we
get onto these lists?
