I am looking for artists or sculptors that have experience with making
custom made bobble head dolls- I know there are sites out there that
provide such services but I would like to do this on my own in malls
accross the USA- can you please find people that have such experience
that I can hire or at least consult.

I requested artists only not companies and I did research based on
your info and it didnt pan out- I dont think a 3 is horrible just your
research didnt pan out and I found the same info on my own.
