I am having a problem with a person who was a friend of mine. I have made it clear 3 times to I want absolutely nothing to do with her and I do not want to be contacted by her. She is still trying to communicate with me. So far it has been non-hostile contact. I believe this falls outside of the scope of an injunction and would like to know what law gives me ground to first warn her with in a certified letter and if she persists take further action. What legal standing (Federal and State of Florida) do I have in preventing and enforcing my desire to not have her communicate with me? Please cite any specific laws that are relevant. |
