Howdy Shoaib,

I do not think that CFI-WORLDCO, INC. could handle the unusual or complex
part of your usual queries.
http://www.newsweekshowcase.com/travel-property/cfi-worldco.php

"Commercial lending standards are such that proven cash flows are heavily
weighed to determine the financial stability of the project. In addition,
future cash flows are taken into consideration to assess the potential
value of that project.

...

... this phase of the process will determine the viability of the project,
its potential, the downside risk, and outline any contingencies."

They do handle international projects.

"Through years of experience, our team has developed strong relationships
with several key Institutions over-seas, providing a continuous and on-going
source of funds for land development, infrastructure, and business concerns
in Asia, Europe, Africa, South America and the Caribbean."

Commercial real estate is one of their specialties.

"C.F.I.'s Commercial Real Estate Division specializes in procuring credit
oriented real estate financing which includes commercial properties, credit
anchored retail, hotels/hospitality properties, multi-family/residential
complexes and construction and development."

They also handle equity and/or collateral financing.

"...
Financial Services

- Debt & Equity Placements
...
- Asset Based Lending
..."

That same section mentions what might be another problem for a complex deal.

"The aforementioned services are structured for small businesses, start-ups,
and middle market companies. Some of these programs may be available to
companies going through a restructuring, reorganization, or recapitalization.
The majority of these programs are best suited for companies that have been
established for a couple of years and are profitable."

CFI-WORLDCO appears to promote their business services fairly prominantly,
so one should be aware that might try to "push" that part of their services
to potential clients that are primarily seeking funding.

If you need any clarification, please feel free to ask.

Denco researcher I agree with your above mentioned answer but please
note that CFI-WORLDCO consulting company also works with its "private
investors, angel investors and venture capitalists" so therefore it
means that CFI-WORLDCO consulting company can arrange
'non-institutional non-conforming loans and Equity finance' for
any real estate projects ?? Thanks for that help from Shoaib.

Howdy Shoaib,

Just because a company works with "private investors, angel investors and
venture capitalists," this does not mean they can handle "non-conforming
loans and equity finance."

Each company sets their own standards on what they will take to their
financing sources. Some companies, set a minimum and/or maximum on how
much they will fund, for instance.

CFI-WORLDCO, INC. makes it clear when they state they "determine the
viability of the project, its potential, the downside risk, and outline
any contingencies," they are analyzing proposals to a certain standard of
their own making, and eliminating any proposals that do not meet those
standards.

They state exactly that, in their statement that "commercial lending
standards are such that proven cash flows are heavily weighed to
determine the financial stability of the project."

This, and the above statement from their web site, clearly indicate that
will not handle "non-conforming loans and equity finance."

Denco researcher in response to your above mentioned statement please
note that in the website of CFI-WORLDCO international consulting
company it is written that CFI-WORLDCO offers a "full range of
financial, real estate, and business related services" and it is also
written that "CFI-WORLDCO offers a full range of complimentary
services designed to assist in the financing and growth of our client
companies and The management and staff at CFI-WORLDCO take great
pride in assisting you with your funding adventure. We know that with
each telephone call, every request is very unique. We will assure you
that your Account Executive will service your needs confidentially and
professionally" and CFI-WORLDCO international consulting company is
also a 'leader' in the field of private finance so therefore the
above mentioned statements indicate that CFI-WORLDCO international
consulting company can arrange 'non-institutional non-conforming loans
and Equity finance' for any real estate projects. Please provide
response of my above mentioned statement and thanks for that help from
Shoaib.

Howdy Shoaib,

The main problem is that nowhere does CFI-WORLDCO, INC. state they will
do "non-conforming" financing, but again, they state exactly the opposite
when they talk of determining "the viability of the project, its potential,
the downside risk" and "commercial lending standards."

You can't get "non-conforming" financing from a company that conforms to
"commercial lending standards" as they do state is the case.

I am sure they will talk to anyone that contacts them, but that does not
suspend the fact that projects have to conform to "commercial lending
standards."

Denco researcher you are true above that non-conforming word is not
written in its website but please note that the word of
non-institutional is also not written in it website and please note
that I had guessed about its non-institutional lending because this
consulting company also works with its private investors, angel
investors and venture capitalists so therefore please provide
clarification of that of my statement ?

Note; Please note that I will talk with that consulting company on
telephone and I shall inquire all of that mentioned information and
in this way this issue will be resolved.

Howdy Shoaib,

Yes, I agree that CFI-WORLDCO, INC. handles "non-institutional" funding.

It is the "non-conforming" part, rather important to the type of projects
that usually are considering, that is contraindicated by their statements.

The two terms, "non-institutional" and "non-conforming," are not mutually
inclusive all of the time.

projects ? Denco researcher if you need US$ 2 for that answer then I
shall post another request in this website. Thanks for that help from
Shoaib.

Howdy Shoaib,

If you wish, you could rate this question and place a tip on to the
rating, instead of opening a new question, although that is not any
kind of necessity.

I could find no information on whether CFI-WORLDCO, Inc. does or does
not charge a fee to people who seek finance sources through them.
