I would like to know the following : 

We are a clothing retailer in Montreal, Quebec.

1 - What is the duty imposed for importing vintage clothing (i.e.
shirts, jackets, skirts) and
vintage fashion accessories (i.e purses, boots, shoes ) from US to
Canada for commercial re-sale ?

2 - What is the duty imposed for importing the same as above but for
personal use and is there a limit if no taxes are imposed ?

3 - What is the duty for importing new clothing and accessories for
commercial use / re-sale?
