How much does it cost to have a baby in the United States on average?
I would like the "bill" broken into its major components: hospital,
OB/GYN and anesthesiology, for calendar year 2003 or later. Historical
averages for comparison would be useful but are not absolutely
necessary. Data should indicate type of delivery it applies to (i.e.
vaginal delivery/no complications, or caesarian/no complications).
Data should include costs from initial prenatal visit up to hospital
discharge.
