According to the official 24 online store Season 4 of 24 does not yet
have a release date in the USA.

release of Day 4 on DVD later this year."

Unofficially the USA release date is expected to be December 6 2005
(in time for Christmas and before the start date of Day 5).

If you are located in Europe or Japan (DVD Region 2) the DVD has
already been released, it is normally the other way around with the
USA getting the DVD's first!  If you are not located in DVD Region 2
you would need a DVD player capable of playing Region 2 DVD's.
