I want a list of all real estate offices in southern california, excluding
property mangers, appraisers, title companies, and other real estate
related services. I ONLY want places that list properties for sale. I
want name of the office, with an address and phone number. If it
includes the names of the office managers and/or approximate number of
agents that is a plus. I would prefer the answer in an MS excel file
if possible

1st comment... I have conducted a search of my immediate area and
found about 60 offices within 20 miles. I would imagine that there are
probably something like 1000 offices in all of Southern California

Yes, that is a great example of the type of business entity i'm
looking for. I would just want it in list form though.

ie.

   Company        Address       Phone number     Office manager    # of agents
1. The Nunez Team 3939 3rd st.  (951) 995-3030   Albert Nunez      10
2. C21 Lois Lauer 9494 judd ln. (909) 989-8282   Lois Lauer        80

etc...

from their offices. I want offices, not individual agents.

I increased the amount to $75

The cval. Dept of Real Estate has a very useful website, including a
facility to download lists of licensees.  They ever seem to apologies
that it is not in address label format.
This is obviously much more than you want, and since I have not looked
at it, I don't know if the information can be sorted to find what you
want.
But it could be start for you or a Researcher.
