I have a couple of specific, bit a bit complex questions.

1. If all 50 states are members of the Drivers License registry, does
it make a difference in drivers license records transfer if one state
belongs to the "Drivers License Compact" or not?

The reason I ask is this: I have a new employee that admitted he got a
DUI in Alabama about 18 months ago. He lived there at the time and
had an Alabama drivers license. He now lives in Georgia and has a
Georgia drivers license. When we ran a routine drivers check on his
Georgia license during the hiring process, the DUI did not even show
up. I am glad for his honesty, but am a bit confused on how this
occured.

The second part of my question is this: If this same employee moves
into another state, such as Kentucky (That is a member of the "Drivers
License Compact") would that DUI show back up on his Kentucky driving
license after receiving a license from that state? (Being that nothing
is showing on his Georgia license and he is not under any suspension
of any kind)??
