I always find it difficult to search my mail folder when I move among
different computer. I intend to copy all the mails and attachment to
one movable hard drive so that whenever I go, those files/ mails are
with me. (I can't use web disk for security reason)

One limiation: Our company policy can't allow me to use any freeware.
I suppose any VB script with source etc. are ok.

Is there anyway I can copy all my mail and attachment, with subject
ofmail as filename (use different sequence numbers as suffix if more
than one mail with same subject) I got more than 20 mail folders in
outlook.

I am looking for a simple script or command that can help me to do so automatically.

by the way, fyi, I got more than 100000 mails in 20+ folders, it will
be better if the files saved have the intelligent to group attachment
to the file related by some means for ease of access, with date of
mail; from etc. information included (if possible)

You can export mail using the export option under the File menu in
Outlook. There you will have an option for exporting to an excel
spreadsheet, access db, csv file, pst, etc. Just go to File > Import
and Export > Export to a file > select folder to export > Select
export file > run the export.

Good luck

Thks. But I am looking for some automatical ways to export all my
emails in 20+folders to word like files. If use outlook export, I need
to do with each folder one by one. and it seems don't work for local
mail folders as well. (I can only make it with the default in box,
when I use it with the local folder, the "next buttom" is dim and and
not clickable after I select the csv file format)
