You can export mail using the export option under the File menu in Outlook. There you will have an option for exporting to an excel spreadsheet, access db, csv file, pst, etc. Just go to File > Import and Export > Export to a file > select folder to export > Select export file > run the export. Good luck |

Thks. But I am looking for some automatical ways to export all my emails in 20+folders to word like files. If use outlook export, I need to do with each folder one by one. and it seems don't work for local mail folders as well. (I can only make it with the default in box, when I use it with the local folder, the "next buttom" is dim and and not clickable after I select the csv file format) |
