My flaming lib neighbor has daughter recently graduated from college and without a clue where to turn to take first big step into the "real" world. He says Democrats have done more over the years to create "stepping stones" into apprenticeships and other "bridges" for first-time job seekers, and Republicans "by definition" don't support that kind of thing. I would love to prove him wrong. So what has each party done in recent years in this regard and which has done more than the other? Needs to be based on non-partisan, unimpeachable "facts" or I will be accused of picking my sources. |
