Need to look up data on "detail" sheet and post on "summary" sheet.

May need to create "database" sheet from raw data download from 3rd source.
Raw data will be downloaded each Friday, which may insert /delete rows.

I will need to send the file to you showing the results on the
"summary" sheet obtained from the raw data.

Need answer in 24 hours.

No, that's not what I'm looking for.
The only way I know is to send an example of my excel sheet so you can
see the problem why I can't make the lookup table work.

I just do not know how to upload the excel file into google answer.

I would recommend putting your document on a website temporarily in
order to make it available to researchers.

If you do this, I will look at it and see if I can find the problem
quickly.  I would welcome any other researchers to also look at it. 
Once I have a better definition of the problem, I or another
researcher will have a much better chance at giving you a satisfactory
answer.
