Hello billylynn,

(Note: As stated in the disclaimer at the bottom of this page, answers

advice.)

I presume that you mean diplomatic immunity for foreign diplomatic
personnel in the United States. The State Department publishes a
handy chart on levels of diplomatic immunity for several categories of
personnel.

Hmmm, four stars.
Seems like folks reckon that an apparently easy - brief - but
perfect answer does not deserve the highest rating.

Nothing personal, Billylynn, you are in good (well, just 4-star ;) company.
I just wanted to mention it, since it occurs not infrequently.

If you have something to say, just speak English. I do not need
pedantic criticism from somebody who has nothing better to do with
their time then take cheap shots at guy just looking for some help
with a question.

I like four-star ratings accompanied by nice comments as much as
five-star ratings. Both make me feel that I did well. Though myoarin
chooses to defend my answer, billylynn's rating suggests to me that I
don't need to be defensive.

Sorry Billylynn. I'm glad you feel that way, Scott.
My last line was the point I wanted to make, but perhaps
I shouldn't have. Myoarin

justaskscott and myoarin:

I apologize if I took offense earlier to the "four stars" posting.
This is the first time I used GA. I wanted to test out its value. I
do appreciate justaskscott's efforts. I am unsure of just how to
use/quantify the star ratings. I know how important it is to be
complimented for a job well done.

So, justaskscott, thanks for a job well done.

BTW, does GA offer incentives when the researchers get higher ratings?
Is your answer going to cost me money? Oops, that's two questions.
:)
