Hello

I'm from Peru. The problem here is that we have 3 zones: Costa (next
to the sea), sierra (central zone or Andean Zone) and Selva (jungle).
So, you can have your terrain in any of those zones, and prices vary
of course depending on the zone. In the Andean zone you can find
REALLY cheap terrains. That doesn't includes Cuzco, because it's a
turistical zone. Very nice zones you can find in Huancayo for example,
or Huancavelica. In Huancavelica there is a place called Pampas, very
rustic and very low in population, main activity is agriculture. Now,
please be aware that those are very poor zones, so, you can't find
technology there (I think you want that). So, please tell me which
zone do you preffer.
