mecolalu-ga,

From what I see, Canada has provincial departments of eduction, but
does not have a single, federal Dept of Ed that might have a
comprehensive database of schools.

The individual provinces seem to have some databases, but I can't
assure you that they all do. For instance, colleges in Ontario can be
found at two links:

http://www.edu.gov.on.ca/eng/general/list/univers.html

http://www.edu.gov.on.ca/eng/general/priv_deg.html

You might have better luck asking your question (or a series of
questions) for individual provinces, rather than for the nation as a
whole, given the scattered nature of school lists in Canada.

Just a suggestion...

Hello again,

I saw your recent comment, but I wasn't sure that you had seen mine
(above). Please let me know what you think of the provinces vs nation
suggestion.

None of these sites seem to be official sites and with that comes a
level of doubt to the comprehensiveness of the list. As long as you
can assure that the list is 95% comprehensive (of both high schools
and college - and keep the two lists separate) im kool with that.

Also the list in Microsoft Xecell formatt would be good.
