Where can I get a ring tone for a Verizon Samsung a650 of the
Beethoven composition "Fluer Elise" or perhaps its "Fleur Elise"?

I have found this song on a service listed on the page cited in
scovel's comment.  There appears to be a $1.99 charge for a purchase
of a single ring tone from that service.  Would this be acceptable? 
If so, I would be happy to post the information as an answer.

and Polyphonic ringtones as well as Truetones and Realtones.

Could also be worth searching for the "Fuer Elise" spelling as used
when the u-umlaut character is not available.

Couldnt find anything directly, but on my own phone I have downloaded
