My spouse and I have been in the process of a divorce in
California for three years. It isn't final yet.
I've just moved my sons and and I to Iowa for a better quality of
living (with the court's permission).
I am in the process of buying a home, however the brakes have been put
on the sale because we are still technically married, and the lender
requires BOTH signatures. Is there any legal way around this?
