I am programming a freeware tarot program and need images (jpg, bmp,
etc) that are in the public domain, so that I don't have to pay
licensing fees. I need the complete deck including major and minor
arcana. Credit will be given in the program to the person who helps me
with this project (if you don't want credit, let me know).

Unfortunately, the "rider waite" deck is copyrighted by world games,
if I remember correctly. They own the copyrights for most of the
popular decks.

Thanks for the link, but these don't seem to be explicitly stated as
uncopyrighted images, so I'd be hesitant to use them.
