Setting and broadcasting long term goals is dumb

- when outside things change, the goals have to change
  - which makes one look stupid to the serfs (employees)

Be flexible and you sound like a b*llsh*tter
- be inflexible and there ain't no organization

Tactical management (with mutating hidden objectives) makes a lot more sense.

Organizations are roaming sailboats.
