I need the list of the mailing address of each Senator and
Representative of the U.S. Congress--in one document.  The list needs to be in txt
format, with each address, one after the other, with double spacing

I'm not asking where I can get the info.  It's listed above.  I need
the info compiled together, in one file, one document.  This is a
"job" of collating the addresses if you cannot locate them on the net
somewhere already listed together in one file/document.

I've compiled the addresses of the US Congress members in two separate files: 
US Senate and US House of Representatives. The names are listed
alphabetically by last name. I have only compiled addresses for the
members of Congress. If you would like additionally contact
information for each, please let me know and I will do my best to
