Demographic and Housing Info

I am looking for the following information for the city of Forest
Hill, Texas and for the DFW Metroplex.  (I need to compare the two.)

- Number of new homes, by year or in 5 year increments, ideally as far
back as 1950 but I would be fine with at least the past 10 years

- Average age of homes today (age of the home itself, not the occupants)

- Average price or value of homes

- Average income of residents in absolute terms and as a percentage of
national income

- Basic household composition info such as number of people in
household, number of people, average ages, etc.  This info is filler
so the details are not critical.

- Bonus Info:  It would also be great to get the new homes figures
broken down by either zoning classification or by house size.  This
would be a bonus item and is not required.


Please note that Forest Hill is a small city entirely encircled by
Fort Worth, Texas.
