Question ID: 559688
I have a theory that neural network programs can be used to
efficiently forecast football outcomes using historical data.
Efficient is >= 60%.

Question: What persons, or companies, in North America, can build such
a network and test such a theory for me? 2.And at what fixed cost?

Previous experience with the specific sport (either pro or college) is preferred.

Hi!

Would you like the suggestion below about academic experts in neural
networks? I can provide you a list of such experts with contact
information. You can just contact them if they would like to take on
the job and ask how much it will cost you? Usually in projects like
these, consultants do not peg a specific amount since different
problems will constitute varying workloads.

Will just the list and the contact information be enough as an answer?

Thanks!

Note: the list does not mention if they have done anything like this
which related to sports.

Thanks again.

Clarification: I am not looking for call lists. I am looking for those
willing to take on the describe project. Programmer types. Those who
cant, teach.

Hi there,
This sounds like a perfect project for your local College or
University EE (Electrical Engineering), CE (Computer Engineering), or
CS (Computer Science) departments. Perhaps you could pay a visit to
them soon, talk to one of the profs, and see if they would take your
idea on as a semester project.
Good Luck :)
