I'm looking for data on the average cost of neonatal intensive care
per day in the USA and at least one EU country (preferably UK, France
or Germany).  More countries would be even better.

This type of care is most commonly necessary for preterm babies, but
could also be for other reasons (like birth defects or complications
during delivery).  If the daily cost isn't available, the annual
spending per country would be fine, but I need comparable data for all
countries.
