Hi knuckehead1071-ga,

You can find how to replace the Oxygen Sensor in this book. I have one
for my car and have had a male friend of mine complete a number of
repairs with the manual, including my O2 Sensor. (Haynes Repair Manual)

Google Search
Toyota 4Runner repair manual
