I am looking for data on the modulus of elasticity of 4140 steel for a range of temperatures from 70 degrees F. up to 900 degrees F.. Data can be in tabulated form or graphic form. |

See http://www.engineeringtoolbox.com/young-modulus-24_773.html for a table of Youngs moduli for various steels from -325F to 1200F. 4140 steel is a Cr-Mo steel with < about 1% Cr. (see http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Campus/8262/htdocs/steels/4140.html) |
