Can one refuse delivery of all mail from the U.S. Postal Service?
Have people begun to experiment with an all-electronic life? What
institutions require one to have a postal address (e.g, the IRS,
mortgage lenders, etc.)? Do people successfully live in an urban
area, consuming modern services, without having postal service?
