I've always thought it would be a killer idea to capture sales
presentations from organizations.  Is there such a site?

This does not exist.  In order to capture the presentation, it would
need to become public knowledge or posted on websites.  There is a
service that has the capability to pull live news feeds from several
sites but not presentations.
