Need list of all cities in USA

Follow this link to get a TXT format list of all cities in the USA:

That list was created and published by the U.S. Department of the
Interior, U.S. Geological Survey. It is current as of 6 June 2005.
Please note that the list has a size of 33.8 MB, so opening and
downloading may take a while.

The columns, from left to right, contain the following data:
Feature ID Number (FID) -- State -- Place Name -- Place Type -- County
Name -- Geographic Coordinates -- Cell Name -- Elevation -- Estimated
Population -- Federal Status of Feature Name
