Question ID: 559976
Dian Chapman (Mousetrax), in her 'please fill out this form #5 demo"
gives as a download to c:\computorcompanion a fillout form and an
access database. As I am very keen to master this I downloaded to said
directory, but it does not work. I email Dian asking her about it, and
she said she downloaded it and it DOES work. Unfortunately she is too
busy for me to pay her consulting time, and I was wondering if another
mvp could point out where I am going wrong? She said for me to read
the write up, because she could not see where I was going wrong. When
I look at the general code, I see the c:\computorcompanion but also
Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4
Do you think that perhaps this is not installed on my computer and I
need to get it. Can you help me please

n.ConnectionString = "data source=c:\computorcompanion\Client_Info.mdb;" & _
        "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;"
    'open connection

If you haven't, going through the steps in sequence will lay out lots
of groundwork that might help.

Checked the engine - it is there. No, have not gone through all fill
out form - done #1 only, but have a fair amount of vba experience in
excel. Thought I would shortcut, but it seems I will have to go the
long way. Wait a while while I do #2,3,4 and then I will get back to
you. Thanks.
