I would like a list of deals that have occured in the record industry
between 1997 and 2005 listing deal date, target and buyer.  I define
deals as M&A activity in acquiring labels and/or publishing.  I do not
want deals between labels and artists.  DEAL METRICS - For each deal,
in your answer please indicate if the following are known to you or
readily attainable: total deal price, last 12 months (leading up to
the deal date)revenue, EBITDA and EBIT. The source must also be cited
for Deal Metrics.  For complete sets of deal metrics I would be
willing to pay additional money.
