search turns up nothing significant.

Can you tell us how you know of this artist? Is he current or
historical? Have you found any of his paintings on the web that you
can point us to? Do you know what the "B" stands for?

Is the artist still living?  I've found some material on a David B.
Young, but he's dead and as far as I can tell, was not a
Native-American.
