credit card industry.  Returned facts should include:

* Number of new cards issued every year
* Average profitability per card
* Average default rate, and amount lost per default
* Demographic data -- what is the distribution of existing cards, and
new cards, across various age ranges?
* Debit-only penetration -- how many people are running with only
debit cards, or use credit cards only rarely due to their use of debit
as a primary instrument?
