Even though they are more expensive, Waller and Wickham seems to be highly
regarded, especially when it comes to marine plywood.  The following is from

Thank you so much denco-ga, this is exactly what I was looking for.
Although I did think that it could be sourced cheaper plus I am very
surprised at how much Marine Plywood costs at Waller and Wickham. If
there are other suppliers of Marine Plywood that you came across
whilst researching this question, would you mind please listing them
thanks!

Howdy Alan,

After checking my notes, I found out that one of the companies has
not responded yet.  I sent another request for information to them,
and they might have some better pricing.

I will update here if there is any response from them.

As for the price, the price of wood is getting more expensive most
everywhere.  Here is a note from the same Glen-L.com forum posting

"09 November 2003 ... I opted for the 6mm 3-ply mahogany ... marine
ply at ?45 per sheet ..."

Note that current price for 6MM 3-Ply mahogany is ?54.49, around a
20% increase in price in less than two years!

Here are the best pricing options that I could find for marine plywood
in Ireland.  I finally got a response from the first (Heiton Buckley)
in this list, and not only do they have the best prices by a wide margin,
which might be more in line with what you were expecting, but they also
have 21 locations throughout Ireland as well.
