What do channels like e.g. CNN, Showtime, Discovery,MTV, bloomberg,
cctv etc. get charged in
terms of commission when they use a channel representation company in
europe , asia or the middle east to get them carriage. If possible
please give examples.

One example of such a channel representation company is Zonevision in Europe.

Well it depends on the source and I doubt you'd every see outside of
an offer given to you by one of these channels what thing pay unless
your an insider.

Often they will agree that each other can have the footage for some
