I'm looking for a relatively exhaustive list of diseases (at least
250) in the United States, ranked by prevalence, f.x. starting at #1
Back Pain and descending. The estimated number of Americans affected
would be nice to have, but is not essential to the answer. I would
assume the most likely tabulation of such an answer would be on an
annual base. If such is the case, any annual data set within the last
5 years would be acceptable, obviously the more recent the better.
