Hi Nancy0,
I'm sticking my neck out here, and guess you were searching for
information on the FDA and the morning after pill, using either:
://www.google.com or http://answers.google.com/answers/
When I used your search terms, I came up with the following, on Google
://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=FDA+morning+after&btnG=Google+Search
When I enter your search terms on Google Answers, I get this:
http://answers.google.com/answers/search?q=FDA+morning+after&qtype=all&num=10&start=10
As Tutuzdad mentioned, Google Answers is not the same as Google.
Google Answers does not index web pages like Google does.
In any case, using different search terms yields different results.
Using FDA + morning after pill yielded fewer results, but more
relevant results.
Using the search terms FDA + rejects + morning after pill
returned even fewer results, but more narrowed and pertinent results.
It often helps to change your search terms and add + or - to
your search terms if you can't find what you are seeking. Narrowing
your search terms will help get better results.
Adding quotation marks will return the phrase in the quotation marks:
Using "FDA morning after" returns only pages with the words 'FDA morning after'
Using 'FDA morning after' could return sites about the FDA having a
meeting in the MORNING AFTER a long weekend(!) or someone writing on a
blog "AFTER drinking coffee yesterday MORNING, I went to my job at the
FDA" Adding another term, such as 'pill' will help narrow the search.
I hope you are able to find precisley what you wanted in the examples
I have posted.
This Google page will help you with many search tips.

I hope this has helped you out! Please request an Answer
