I am trying to find out information on cell phone towers that are
located in Pennsylvania - how many there are, who owns them and how to
get in touch with with the the key employees of the major companies
that control them. The reason for my interest in this information is
that there are "special" incentives available on the customer's
electric bills that the cell tower owners probably are not aware of.
Our company takes a percentage of the refund or credit that the cell
tower owner would get by taking advantage of these unknown savings.
