when does chimney rock wines peak? I have 3 bottles, 1999, 2001, and a
2002. I want to know when they would be best to drink. Thank you!

Are you referring to the Cabernet Sauvignon Stags Leap District?

If so, the 1999 is drinking now through 2012, the 2001 is best before
2009 and the 2002 from 2006 to 2012 (Wine Spectator).

Of course, the above assumes optimal storage conditions.
