I am a nurse who is looking for websites where I can find information
about relations between counseling and compliance. If possible I would
like to find some scores. Thanks.

By "compliance," do you mean patients' willingness to follow
directions regarding their medications and treatment protocols, or do
you mean hospitals' compliance with government legal requirements?

Can you give a bit more information about what kind of "scores" you
need?

Dear saracle,

Most of the articles I gathered for you have scores, since they are
academic articles.

Last, may I comment on humor in counseling and on a caricature I saw a
while ago. A small boy cries out in the doctors' office, saying "I
don't want this hand cast anymore!", so the doctor/nurse tells him
"There, there, this is not that bad. Think of it as a new type of
piercing". :-)

I think that answered your question. However, if you need
clarifications, don't hesitate to ask before you'll rate this answer.
I also add my search terms, which may be very helpful in locating
further information. I searched scirus (http://www.scirus/com) for
counseling and compliance, with or without 'nursing' and some of the
other terms suggested by the search engine on its right-handed side.
