Dear Huffalump All larger search engines have an option to submit your site for free - don't believe anyone who tells you something else! Here are several: Google - Add your URL <://www.google.com/addurl/?continue=/addurl> Yahoo! - Submit your site <http://search.yahoo.com/info/submit.html> Note: Altavista is included in Yahoo! MSN <http://beta.search.msn.com/docs/submit.aspx> Alexa <http://pages.alexa.com/help/webmasters/index.html#crawl_site> I hope this answers your question. Please contact me if you need any further clarifications on this answer before you rate it. In order to find the answer, I went to these search engines, and looked for their "submit a site" or "information for webmasters" links. |
