According to the following document in 2003 in France 1851 radical
prostatectomies are were performed in France in 2003.
See page 5:
N324 Prostatectomie totale isolée 1,851

Year 2003 
Public and Private

GHM 477 Prostatectomies transurétrales, âge supérieur à 69 ans et/ou CMA 
8185 procedures

GHM 478 Prostatectomies transurétrales, âge inférieur à 70 ans sans CMA 
1865 procedures
