How small are you talking about?

Or here is a nice little guy, 13.25" x 14.25" x 7.8" does 1000BTU. "Genesis 13"

One of the neatest methods is through the use of Vortex Tubes using
compressed air...and very compact.

The "Genesis 13" is the closest a/c unit to what I'm looking for. The
other stuff is "cool" too but not what it needed.
