Who is the artist that sang the following song?  I only know lyrics;
am not sure of the exact title. This song was a country hit around
1985/1986. The chorus went: "Love is a rock (rock), so just lean upon
it. Roll when the changes come. Let your heart (heart) keep the beat
to the music. Sometimes I know that things get tough. But it's all
rock & roll & love."

This is a puzzler. Are you sure about the lyrics? (You sound sure,
but I figured I should check.) Do you recall hearing it or seeing a
video for it on a specific station? Did a man, woman, or group
perform the song? Do you have a guess about the title? Is there
anything else that might help in our search?

Yes, I am positive about the lyrics. I even know the music and the
tune of how they are sung. This was a very popular song at the time
and I heard it over and over on KRKT 99.9 FM (Albany) while on a road
trip to California with my family. The voice was a man's, but I'm not
sure if he was a member of a group. My guess would be that this was a
top 40 hit at the time, given that it was played so often...
