Hi guys,

We are outsourcing some ITES work to some companies in Asia, so we
need a very sound "Service Level Agreement" & a "Final Work Order" for
a Content development project.

The project basically is for the companies to develop company profiles
with the figurative information that they get from us and also to
develop resumes for candidates who have filled the form in our
website. They have to develop the content for all.

So,i need very strong and legally viable SLA & WO formats for the
above. This document should be legally viable as per European and
US laws.
